বয়স অভিজ্ঞতা ও শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা যাই হোক না কেন,নিম্নবর্ণিত গুন সম্পন ব্যক্তিদেরসবর্দাই চাহিদা আছে। যারা কঠোর পরিশ্রমী এবং তদারকি ছাড়াই কাজ করেন; যারা নিয়মাবর্তী এবং বিবেচক ;যারা যত্ন সহকারে শোনেন এবং সঠিকভাবে নির্দেশাবলী পালন করেন ; যারা সত্য কথা বলেন,যারা সংকটের মুহূর্তে কাজ করেন ডাকলে নানা আজুহাত দেখান না, যারা কাজের থেকে ফলাফলের দিকে বেশি নজর দেন, যারা সবসময়ই প্রসন্ন এবং আচরনে সুভদ্র। সবসময়ই চিন্তা করুন, খরিদ্দার, বন্ধু, স্ত্রী, মাতা -পিতা, কিংবা সন্তান -যেই হোক না কেন, যখন কাউকে কিছু দিতে চান তখন যেন প্রকৃত মূল্যের থেকে কিছু বেশি দিতে পারেন। যখন কিছু কাজ করেন তখন চিন্তা করুন, "আমি কিভাবে যে কাজ করছি তাতে কিছু অতিরিক্ত মূল্য যোগ করতে পারি? অথবা অন্যকে আমি অতিরিক্ত কিছু কিভাবে দিতে পারি?"
